Gatlin博士

    美國(guó)德克薩斯農(nóng)工大學(xué)野生動(dòng)物與魚(yú)類科學(xué)系教授，一位出色的魚(yú)類營(yíng)養(yǎng)科學(xué)家，美國(guó)漁業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、世界水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖協(xié)會(huì)、美國(guó)營(yíng)養(yǎng)科學(xué)協(xié)會(huì)的成員，主要從事水產(chǎn)動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)方面研究。Gatlin博士畢業(yè)于德克薩斯農(nóng)工大學(xué)，并獲得漁業(yè)/水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位，后從密西西比州立大學(xué)獲生化營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)博士學(xué)位。Gatlin博士現(xiàn)任《水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖》雜志營(yíng)養(yǎng)方向主編，魚(yú)類營(yíng)養(yǎng)需求及蝦營(yíng)養(yǎng)委員會(huì)委員。曾發(fā)表超過(guò)190篇專業(yè)論文及16本專業(yè)著作。

Mian Riaz博士：

    自從1992年在緬因大學(xué)獲得食品科學(xué)博士學(xué)位，Mian Riaz已經(jīng)成為食物蛋白質(zhì)研究的領(lǐng)軍人物。
    他發(fā)表在許多期刊和科學(xué)雜志上的文章,主要內(nèi)容包括大豆原料的健康烘焙和在大豆在谷物食品中作為功能性食品。

    Mian現(xiàn)在擔(dān)任擠出技術(shù)項(xiàng)目的負(fù)責(zé)人及德克薩斯州的德克薩斯農(nóng)工大學(xué)的食品蛋白質(zhì)研究和開(kāi)發(fā)中心副研究員。作為擠出技術(shù)的領(lǐng)袖,他研究了擠壓過(guò)程與休閑食品、油種子加工、水產(chǎn)飼料和生物可降解材料的關(guān)系。他的其他專業(yè)興趣包括營(yíng)養(yǎng)食品和功能食品、宗教和種族食物,植物蛋白組織化和糧食副產(chǎn)品的回收。

    Mian Riaz博士也是一個(gè)在食品科技研究所、美國(guó)谷物化學(xué)家協(xié)會(huì)、美國(guó)石油化學(xué)家學(xué)會(huì)等協(xié)會(huì)的活躍成員。

請(qǐng)教Gatlin博士，對(duì)荷蘭泰高的“替代魚(yú)粉微平衡技術(shù)”怎么看？該技術(shù)的核心在何處？一直不解，既然是“可以替代魚(yú)粉”又為何不能在所有品種的配方中都能使用（例如可以用在三文魚(yú)而不能用在對(duì)蝦料）？
請(qǐng)教Riaz博士，通過(guò)生產(chǎn)工藝的手段，有何種方法可以提高膨化魚(yú)糧的透水速度和軟化速度？非常感謝兩位專家！

不好意思各位，小編沒(méi)有交代清楚。
屆時(shí)小編會(huì)與兩位專家一起與大家進(jìn)行交流。
翻譯方面，美國(guó)動(dòng)物蛋白及油脂提煉協(xié)會(huì)李鵬博士屆時(shí)會(huì)友情幫忙翻譯，所以大家不用擔(dān)心。
不過(guò)能用英文提問(wèn)最好啦！
