　　食品安全是糧食安全和營養(yǎng)安全的關鍵內容，飼料質量安全是保障養(yǎng)殖產品安全和食品安全的第一道關口。由于行業(yè)門檻較低，產能過剩，惡性競爭帶來的飼料安全隱患，給人類食品安全帶了風險，同時給政府監(jiān)管帶來很大的困難。中國為世界水產養(yǎng)殖生產第一大國，同時也是飼料生產和使用大國，總體規(guī)模已位居全球第一位。和快速發(fā)展的水產養(yǎng)殖和飼料加工工業(yè)相矛盾，我國實際上是一個飼料資源和水資源均嚴重缺乏的國家。隨著水產養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的發(fā)展，目前已經凸顯的飼料資源缺乏問題將更加突出，優(yōu)質替代蛋白源的深度開發(fā)利用勢在必行。本次會議特邀請前國際魚油魚粉組織(IFFO)主席、現(xiàn)任歐洲和丹麥魚油魚粉協(xié)會主席Dr. Nils Christian Jensen與挪威生命科技大學Trond Stroebakken教授與會，就歐洲及全球魚粉、魚油加工和質量安全管理和及飼料加工和質量安全控制方面進行報告。此外，本次會議特邀請幾位已經具有國際知名度的青年科研工作者，分享他們最新的學術思想和行業(yè)理念，敬請期待。
