　　提升飼料加工技術(shù)水平和飼料加工裝備水平，挖掘工藝裝備潛力，實(shí)現(xiàn)智能化、精準(zhǔn)化、高效低耗、安全生產(chǎn)，是企業(yè)開(kāi)拓創(chuàng)新、提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要途徑，是新時(shí)代飼料加工業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。為提升我國(guó)飼料加工質(zhì)量及效率，增進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)外飼料加工先進(jìn)技術(shù)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)的交流合作，中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院飼料研究所飼料加工創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)將于2019年12月在廣東珠海召開(kāi)“第四屆國(guó)際飼料加工技術(shù)研討會(huì)（水產(chǎn)飼料專題）暨第四期水產(chǎn)膨化飼料加工培訓(xùn)班”。該會(huì)議已在北京（2016年）、揚(yáng)州（2017年）、天津（2018年）成功舉辦三屆，受到行業(yè)矚目！本次研討會(huì)將邀請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)外知名飼料加工與營(yíng)養(yǎng)領(lǐng)域理論和實(shí)踐專家，針對(duì)水產(chǎn)飼料廠設(shè)計(jì)、飼料原料膨化加工特性、擠壓膨化加工質(zhì)量控制與節(jié)能降耗、全價(jià)發(fā)酵飼料、新型蛋白質(zhì)原料開(kāi)發(fā)應(yīng)用及精準(zhǔn)飼料生產(chǎn)大數(shù)據(jù)管理技術(shù)等最新進(jìn)展進(jìn)行交流與研討，促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)界和學(xué)術(shù)界的合作與互動(dòng)。本次研討會(huì)還特別設(shè)立“精準(zhǔn)挖潛、領(lǐng)引變革”飼料生產(chǎn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新論壇（簡(jiǎn)稱“論壇”），邀請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)外著名飼料生產(chǎn)、飼料裝備企業(yè)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品與技術(shù)推介，并與知名學(xué)者就企業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新過(guò)程中遇到的難題和熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題展開(kāi)討論。

　　麥康森院士

　　中國(guó)工程院院士，中國(guó)海洋大學(xué)教授。研究領(lǐng)域是水產(chǎn)動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)與飼料。曾任中國(guó)海洋大學(xué)水產(chǎn)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)和副校長(zhǎng)。兼任國(guó)際魚(yú)類營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)副主席，中國(guó)水產(chǎn)學(xué)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng)等職務(wù)。是第十，十一，十二屆全國(guó)人大代表，第十三屆全國(guó)政協(xié)委員。

　　Prof. Kangsen Mai, Ocean University of China, the academician of the Chinese academy of Engineering and the leading scientist in aquaculture. He takes several important roles in societies, including the Vice chairman of the Academic Committee of the ISFNF. The member of the National People’s Congress and the National Committee of CPPCC.

　　現(xiàn)任廣東恒興集團(tuán)有限公司董事長(zhǎng)、廣東恒興飼料實(shí)業(yè)股份有限公司董事長(zhǎng)，廣東省總商會(huì)名譽(yù)會(huì)長(zhǎng)，湛江市第十三屆政協(xié)副主席。曾任十屆、十一屆、十二屆全國(guó)人大代表。

　　Mr. Chen Dan, is the present Chairman of Guangdong Evergreen Conglomerate Co., Ltd., Chairman of Guangdong Evergreen Feed Industry Co., Ltd., Honorary President of Guangdong General Chamber of Commerce, and Vice President of the 13th Political Consultative Conference of Zhanjiang City. He has worked as Deputy of the 10th, 11th and 12th National People’s Congress.

　　挪威知名研究機(jī)構(gòu)挪威Nofima研究集團(tuán)高級(jí)研究員。主要從事飼料原料擠壓膨化加工中物化特性和流變學(xué)特性、新飼料原料資源開(kāi)發(fā)、廢棄原料再利用等方面的研究。

　　Dr. Tor Andreas Samuelsen, employed as a senior scientist in NOFIMA. His main fields are feed and food technology, physicochemical and rheological characterization of ingredients related to extrusion, development of new feed ingredients and feed concepts, and process optimization and utilization of residual raw materials.

　　Mr. Changshan Shen, the founder of "feed intelligent manufacturing workshop", a senior production management expert in the industry. National first class production operator. 29 years of production technology management experience in feed industry, 19 years of factory design and production management experience in China's largest listed agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises.

　　丹麥過(guò)程工程咨詢公司，同時(shí)兼任中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院飼料加工創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)骨干專家，曾任丹麥技術(shù)大學(xué)食品學(xué)院研究員。從事食品及水產(chǎn)飼料擠出加工技術(shù)，食品加工過(guò)程模擬研究。

　　Prof./Dr. Hongyuan Cheng, employed in Process Engineering Consultancy Company in Denmark, feed processing innovation team of Feed Research Institute, CAAS, and served as a professor in Technical University of  Denmark. Mainly Engaged in food and aquatic feed extrusion processing technology, food processing simulation.

　　教授級(jí)高工，主要從事飼料加工技術(shù)的研究與開(kāi)發(fā)，主編出版了《現(xiàn)代飼料加工技術(shù)》、《中國(guó)現(xiàn)代飼料工程學(xué)》等專著，為我國(guó)飼料加工領(lǐng)域提供了重要參考文獻(xiàn)。

　　Prof. Kang Cao, Professor level senior engineer. Mainly Engaged in the research and development of feed processing technology. He has edited and published "Modern Feed Processing Technology", " Modern China Feed Engineering ", which provide important references in the field of feed processing in China.

　　飼料加工領(lǐng)域高級(jí)顧問(wèn)和研究員，就任于荷蘭瓦赫寧根大學(xué)，一直從事寵物食品，膨化飼料等顆粒飼料的加工技術(shù)研究，并通過(guò)試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)，統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和建模，進(jìn)行探索性數(shù)據(jù)分析，以協(xié)助解決飼料廠運(yùn)行故障問(wèn)題（大數(shù)據(jù)）。

　　Dr. Menno Thomas, Senior consultant and researcher in the field of feed manufacturing, Wageningen University. He mainly focuses on the study of the processing technology of pet food and extruded feed, design of experiments, statistical analysis and modeling, exploratory data analysis to assist in trouble shooting running factories (Big Data).

　　德國(guó)Fraunhofer工藝工程與包裝研究所研究員。專注于利用創(chuàng)新工藝技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)新食品和飼料，并利用功能性成分重新配制產(chǎn)品。主要研究重點(diǎn)包括食品和飼料的膨化加工，用植物蛋白替代動(dòng)物蛋白等技術(shù)。

　　Prof./Dr. Raffael Osen, Fraunhofer Institute for Process Engineering. Currently focusing on the development of new food and feed using reformulation of products by utilization of functional ingredients. Main research focus on extrusion cooking of food and feed, replacement of animal protein with plant protein, chocolate technology.

　　Prof./Dr. Trond Stroebakken

　　挪威生命科學(xué)大學(xué)教授。主要研究方向：飼料原料加工的生物學(xué)效應(yīng)；水產(chǎn)和陸生動(dòng)物飼料加工技術(shù)；飼料原料（動(dòng)物、植物和微生物）和添加劑的效價(jià)評(píng)定；飼料原料中抗?fàn)I養(yǎng)因子的影響及消除技術(shù)研究等。

　　Prof./Dr. Trond Stroebakken, Norwegian University of Life Sciences. Main research fields: biological effect of raw material processing, feed processing technology of aquatic and terrestrial animals, evaluation of feed materials and additives, elimination technology of antinutritional factors in feed ingredients.

　　布勒集團(tuán)全球?qū)櫸锱c水產(chǎn)發(fā)展總監(jiān)。獲得堪薩斯州立大學(xué)谷物科學(xué)與工業(yè)博士學(xué)位，曾擔(dān)任堪薩斯州立大學(xué)谷物科學(xué)與工業(yè)系膨化實(shí)驗(yàn)中心主任。

　　Dr. Michael Cheng, Director, global pet and aquaculture development center, Bühler group. Graduated from grain science and industry from Kansas State University, and served as the director of the extrusion experiment center of the Department of grain science and industry of Kansas State University.

　　博士生導(dǎo)師，現(xiàn)任中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)工學(xué)院農(nóng)業(yè)工程系主任。一直以來(lái)從事飼料資源的開(kāi)發(fā)利用技術(shù)、飼料生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的工藝技術(shù)、裝備技術(shù)與產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)的研究。

　　Prof./Dr. Hongying Wang，director of the Department of agricultural engineering, collage of engineering, China Agricultural University. She mainly focuses on the study of the development and utilization technology of feed resources, feed processing technology, feed equipment technology and product quality control technology.

　　Mr. Kim Jensen Møller

　　豐尚丹麥研究院研發(fā)中心的研發(fā)總監(jiān)。專注于農(nóng)業(yè)和飼料行業(yè)的自動(dòng)化和管理系統(tǒng)。目前負(fù)責(zé)智能設(shè)備的數(shù)據(jù)分析和下一代MES系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)。

　　Mr. Kim Jensen M?ller, R&D Director of the FAMSUN Denmark R&D Center. Kim has specialized in automation and management systems for the farming and feed industry. He is currently leading the data analysis for intelligent machine control and development of next generation MES systems.

　　博士生導(dǎo)師，負(fù)責(zé)管理國(guó)家水產(chǎn)飼料安全評(píng)價(jià)基地，現(xiàn)任中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院飼料加工創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)首席專家。致力于原料的膨化擠壓性能、飼料蛋白源和脂肪源替代、仔稚魚(yú)營(yíng)養(yǎng)及開(kāi)口飼料配制、魚(yú)類營(yíng)養(yǎng)與調(diào)控研究。

　　Prof./Dr. Min Xue, Director of the Lab of Feed Processing and Aquatic Nutrition, CAAS. She mainly focuses on the study of ingredients physio-chemical properties in fish feed extrusion processing, growth and development of larval fish related with start feeding and nutrition, broodstock nutrition and reproductive regulation.

　　Dr. Chunjing Zhou, President of FAMSUN Research & Development Center, graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University, deputy director of the national feed processing equipment technology research center, won one Second Class Prize of The National Scientific and Technological Progress Award and two Second Prizes of Jiangsu Scientific and Technological Progress Award.

　　Dr. Lei Wang, Qingdao Master Biotech Co., Ltd. Mainly engaged in aquatic animal nutrition and biological feed research, and using biological methods to deal with various feed materials, in order to improve utilization rate or function. He developed a series of technology and equipment of pellet feed .
